Outstanding experience, start to finish! I obtained multiple estimates from no less than 6 roofing companies. That’s just how I prefer to do things of this magnitude. I wasn’t looking for the cheapest, I was looking for the best. I absolutely found that with Trusted Roofing. My roof is large and quite steep. The roofers made it look routine as they carefully and methodically removed my old roofing material and installed a beautiful new roof with modern materials and obvious pride in workmanship. Our experience with Trusted Roofing began when David thoroughly inspected our roof and gutters. He spent over 2 hours closely examining our roof structure. He returned several days later with a detailed presentation of his findings and a quote for our 21 year old roof replacement. The price for supplies and labor was very fair. He also described the project plan timeline. As a retired healthcare project manager I appreciated his presentation. The crew was on time and did an excellent job. Brad was our onsite project manager who was very responsive and addressed any concerns or questions. Brad was hands on, often climbing on the roof to supervise the crew. I used Thumbtack to find a reputable roofer and David from Trusted Roofing came out within a couple of days and inspected and made recommendations. Within a couple of days he met with me again and I decided on the materials. They were ordered, arrived at my house a week later, and 2 days later the crew arrived at 7 am and worked nonstop the entire day replacing many rotten boards, all new roofing with ridge vents, new copper flashing and new gutter guards. They finished the entire job of my house and garage, by 5 pm. Cleaned up, picked up all trash and nails. I am thrilled with the results! I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs! Trusted Roofing, lives up to it's name. In the very competitive market of roofing I was blessed to find Trusted Roofing. Excellent company. Excellent worker to management relationship. Everyone was happy and friendly every time they came to my property. It is telling if even the lady who caters lunch for the workers is happy :). The final job looks great and every little unexpected challenge we came across as the work progressed was handled with professionalism (When you take a roof up. the truth is revealed that may not be obvious in the first inspection). We had a fantastic experience with Trusted Roofing when they recently fixed/weatherproofed 4 roof penetrations on our new home. Joey was super responsive, communicative, friendly & helpful. He really helped us understand the process & timing. Even though they were extremely busy after heavy Fall rains, they still arrived on their target date; their guys were up on our roof at night working by flashlight, but they got the job done well. Joey came out afterward and re-inspected to make sure things looked perfect. As a cherry on top, we had only contracted to do 3 penetrations (we assumed the 4th was probably fine), but when the guys got up there they saw the 4th was actually in bad shape & took care of it anyway. Joey didn’t charge us a dime for that one. Fantastic service. Highly recommend! ~ Melissa J

Trusted Roofing was nothing short of amazing! After a big storm we needed guidance on what to do next and after calling around I was lucky to find them. I spoke with David who was quick to come out and inspect our roof. He was very thorough and explained everything. There was never pressure and the communication was excellent. Once the roof started to be put on every single worker we came in contact was so nice. They would wave and smile at my kids every time they exited the house which was a lot. The clean up was perfect and there was no mess left behind. We also had them install new gutters days after and the experience was just as great as the roof. David showed up promptly after I scheduled a assessment of my roofing leak situation. I had two roof leaks in the same general area and he quickly measured the location of the exact areas where water was getting into the house and diagnosed the situation accurately. Two other companies could not figure it out. I wish I found these guys first. Afterwards we put a game plan together and they were able to execute the game plan in about a week and 30 minutes right before a nasty storm rolled through. When the storm rolled through it verified that the new pipe boots and shingling of the affected areas were most successful at mitigating the issue. That makes me one happy camper and I will definitely be using these guys going forward to remedy any future problem as well as have them provide maintenance throughout the life of the roof. Wow, I have dealt with at least 20 companies and subs to help me with a large house remodel. Had a bad install on my roof originally from another company and had some serious issues. Was connected to Patrick at trusted roofing to see if they could help with the fix. Not only did they do an incredible job but they took the time to explain and show me why my roof was installed incorrectly. Along with that he explained his process and how everything works. They showed up when they said they would, workers were incredibly knowledgeable and cleaned up everything and my roof works absolutely perfect now. I was truly blown away with trusted roofing and Patrick. If only other companies operated like them there would be so much less stress when things need fixing around our homes. Overall, pleased with Trusted Roofing. Leaving 5 stars here, but would realistically like to give 4.5. The quote process was very fast and professional, and the customer service with the team as the project got up and running was top notch. We had a rolled roof installed paired with gutter and soffit replacement (before and after photos attached). It has really given the front of our home new life. The only main knock I have and why I view this as a 4.5 star experience is the fact that I had to flag to the crew, and confirm with the project lead that portions of clearly rotted wood under the old soffit were to be replaced. This had been documented in the quote previously. ~ Madison W

Trusted Roofing did an amazing job with a new roof and gutter system. Patrick came out and walked my home with me. I am retired from 40+ years in the construction industry. He talked me through the process of his company and gave us great advice. Once I agreed to the great price of his product we scheduled the work. They were on schedule every step of the process. They installed the roof at a high standard of craftsmanship. Trusted Roofing did a tear out and installed my new roof in one day. They came back as scheduled to tear out and upgrade my gutter system. When they were done everything was cleaned up, no damage was done. It was like they weren’t there except I can now enjoy the new look of my home. Trusted Roofing did our roof after the hail storm. They were amazing! They cleaned up after themselves. They discarded the old roof and they took precaution to be sure nails didn’t get in our yard or driveway. The crew was respectful, kind, hard working and took pride in their work. They were the best roofing company we have ever had! We were so impressed with how quick the process was. They came out and showed us the samples. This was the first time I've been through the roof replacement process. My roof was damaged from insane high winds in March 2023. David was amazing to work with. Super professional. This was a smooth process. Trusted Roofing worked with my insurance company and was there every step of the way to answer any questions. Always got back to me in a timely manner. Some others in the neighborhood couldn't say the same about their experience with other roofing companies in the area. Also, on the date of roof replacement, they replaced my entire roof before I went even on my lunch break. Incredible! And everything was completed properly as promised. When I returned home it was clean and everything that had to be moved out of the way was put back the way it was before I left. Couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend Trusted Roofing. As a new resident in Tennessee, I was not expecting to have to replace my roof and gutters within 6 months of moving here. But, due to the storms in April, I found myself doing just that. David James came by and gave me a good quote. The job his crew did was excellent. They took lots of photos and showed me the the detail of the work through those photos. David James supervised and the work was done in a very professional manner. What I appreciated most was that in one of the completed photos, the owner of the company, Patrick, noticed one shingle that was not installed perfectly. Would you believe that he called us and said he will send a worker over the next day to correct it? He did not have to do that especially since I couldn’t tell the difference even in the photos. Jake from Trusted Roofing came out inspected some issue I had with loose fascia on the house. Immediately set up a schedule time for a crew to come and repair the fascia before more damage occurred. From arrival to scheduling a crew it was under 10 minutes. Great service and professional. I would recommend. Updated: Contacted Jake to look at a porch on new house we bought that was leaking from another companies work. Jake found issue and Israel came out with crew and sealed, reshingled the porch. They were fantastic !! Brad came out and answered my questions and gave me a quote . Then arranged around my schedule to set up the work date . He also came back after the work was completed to do a double check and answer any other questions I had . The men he sent to do the work showed up right on time and worked hard , completing the job faster than I had anticipated. The guys were so efficient and When they left, I first did not realize it except that my dogs took a nap and I realized I did not hear any noise. Trusted Roofing replaced the shingle roof on my shed and installed new gutters and downspouts on both sides. The roofing crew had to work around a large climbing rose that challenged the roof line and limbs from a Bradford pear that overhung one side of the roof. The work was done with a minimum of disturbance to the rose bush and the tree. Cleanup was thorough. What impressed me, above all, is that I could tell that TR really wanted the job; this was not just some small, shed project for them. The work was done well in advance of the original time frame they gave me for completion. ~ Mark S

I contacted Trusted Roofing and David set up a meeting, came out and gave me an estimate for replacing my roofing and replacing all the soffit, fascia, eves (gutters) and down spouts. The estimate was reasonable and he had two teams come out. The first team showed up early on the scheduled day. The house is around 2600 sqft not including the attached garage. This team completely removed the old roofing and installed new roof in less than 12 hours. The second team came out removed all the soffit, fascia and eves. Replaced every thing.
